Program Cost
An initial payment of £1497 is required to access the Offer, with an ongoing payment of £97 per month after 3 months from purchase that gives you continued access to the training scheme benefits and support as detailed below.

We include the extra benefit of a special ‘10X in 6-months’ Guarantee. The Guarantee allows you to access the training and then fully study and apply the training correctly over the next 6 months from your purchase date. If after 6 months from purchase, you have not generated 10x your initial course fee of £1497 by studying and fully applying all of the training and homework we give you then you may request a “10X guarantee payout”. - If you wish to cancel the monthly payments, please email support@internetbusinessschool.com with your cancellation request. This will be subject to Clause 2.4 below
- NOTE: We cannot indemnify or insure you against any change of circumstance you suffer during the program that may affect your ability to continue with the training, be that financial, medical, or any other unforeseen event or circumstance. Refund requests made on this basis or requests to suspend the payment plan will not be granted.
- You have 14 days from your initial payment in which to request to cancel and refund your purchase. However, if you access the AI Income System lessons modules or utilise any of the online material we supply as part of the advertised purchase price before the 14-day period elapses then you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
AI Income System Full Terms
Fees and Registration and Monthly Subscription Terms
1.1 Taxes. The course is advertised as inclusive of tax which means we will pay the VAT or sales tax on your behalf to the applicable country authority.
1.2 Monthly Payments. The monthly subscription of £97 begins after 3 months from purchase. Your £97 monthly payments will provide you with continued access to unlimited support, login access to the AI Desktop, and monthly training webinars with the AI Insiders Club & Facebook group. This can be cancelled at any time from purchase without affecting your guarantee.
You can choose to cancel the subscription payment at any time by emailing us at support@internetbusinessschool.com and we will close off your subscription at the end of your current billing period. At the end of your billing period we will remove your access to the benefits, and if joined, remove you from the AI Insiders Facebook. We will also close off your access to the AI Desktop site and you will no longer be able to access any content that you generated there. Please ensure you download any content you need before the end of the billing period as your account will be terminated and all data lost.
1.3 Unlimited Online Support – If you have an existing support subscription with us for a previous purchase and want to purchase this current offer, then please email us to request to cancel your extra subscription so that we do not inadvertently charge you twice for a similar service. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly of any duplicate subscriptions you might have.

Support tickets are constantly monitored during our Office Hours (UK Time Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours. Some more technical queries may be passed on to one of our specialist Coaches to answer, so depending on their commitments an answer may take longer to be forthcoming.
Please note that though we can advise you, we cannot necessarily do ourselves any of the work that we advise you to do to resolve your query.
Whilst we will normally answer support requests within 1 working day, this may be longer at weekends. Note that our target response time is not to be taken as a guarantee of service. Please ensure you whitelist our email address to ensure receipt of our replies. We can take no responsibility for tracked replies we send you that may bounce or go to your spam or otherwise do not appear in your email program.
2 Cancellation, Complaints and Quality Assurance
2.1 Internet Business School strives to provide you with the most productive and effective educational experience possible. If after watching the training videos and event you feel there is some way we can improve, please provide us in writing with your comments. We will evaluate individual complaints in the context of collective comments from the materials provided to you as part of your purchase.
2.2.1 Cancellations of the entire AI Income System initial fee. You have 14 days from purchase in which to request to cancel and refund your purchase. However, if you access the course modules or access any of the online material we supply as part of the advertised purchase price before the 14-day period elapses then you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
2.2.2. Cancellation Requests will only be accepted by email (subject to any Accessibility Requirements you may have) and the date and time that the contact email is received by us will be considered the moment that you requested cancellation. In the unlikely event that we do not receive an email that you have sent, we will require some simple evidence that the message was sent to us.
2.3 Complaints – We always strive to deliver high-quality training and service but if you wish to raise a concern then we will investigate and consider any action required to rectify your concern and improve our processes. Any business needs the opportunity to investigate any concerns and make it right so we require our customers to approach us in the first instance to raise any concerns. 2.4 Payment Failures and Cancellation or Payment Holiday Requests
It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available on your payment card for processing your future monthly payments. If a payment fails to process then our systems will try again up to four times to process your payments. You are notified by email of any payment failures and the date of the next retry is shown in that email. There is also a link to allow you to update your payment card if required. If your payment fails to process after 4 attempts then your benefit access will be restricted until payments are restored.
3.0 Commissions and Earnings
As a reward for your marketing efforts promoting the AI Revolution 3 course, you will be entitled to claim commissions on any sales recorded in your Samcart online dashboard. Please see our Earnings Disclaimer below.
As Internet Business School/Education By Experts Ltd processes payment for the courses, we are responsible for the VAT due to the UK Exchequer. Our prices are shown plus VAT therefore we have to account correctly for the UK VAT. If you are not vat-registered, you may only claim your due percentage of the net value of the sale ie remove the 20% VAT rate (or any future current rate of VAT that may be charged). If you invoice us from a VAT-registered entity, then you may send us a VAT invoice for your due commission percentage of the Gross value of the sale, as long as you provide us with your VAT number on the invoice.
We incur card fees and associated costs on each transaction including any sales made by you of the resale rights products included in your purchase with us. We allow for 4% of each transaction to cover our processing costs This 4% will be deducted from the sales value prior to your commissions being calculated. The Net commission you will be paid out on each sale you make will therefore be excluding VAT and minus the 4% transaction fee.
Invoices can be submitted to us in electronic format to support@internetbusinessschool.com. Please ensure your invoices are clear and detailed as to what period and sales you are claiming, and include your bank details for payment, plus your contact details. Invoices may only be submitted a minimum of 14 days after a sale to allow for a cooling-off period for the purchaser. Your invoice will be checked and ratified by us, and if everything is correct we will pass it to our accounts team to schedule payment to you. We normally process payments once a week. If we have any questions or believe that the invoice is incorrect in any way, we will write to you as soon as possible to clarify.
3.1 Pricing
Course pricing is set centrally by Internet Business School and you do not have the ability to offer our products at reduced prices to any consumer. Sales may only be processed via our website and sales pages using our payment processors. From time to time, we may decide to make available coupon codes for use in promotions which will be available to all affiliates so that all may benefit from our periodic promotions.
3.2 Advertising
You may well choose to use both free and paid methods of advertising and you do so at your own risk and own cost. Internet Business School or its partner companies will not be held liable for any costs you bear in operating your business.
You may not advertise in any way implying directly that your advert is produced by Internet Business School. You may not advertise in inferring that you are Internet Business School, Education by Experts Ltd, Simon Coulson or any of our staff, coaches or representatives. You may not run paid ads using keywords of our business brand names or ‘Simon Coulson’.
We take our business reputation very seriously and you agree that you will do nothing to injure or damage us, either intentionally or unintentionally during your partnership with us. You may not vary our course names or content information in any way in your advertising material.
You may not bring the company or its staff or representatives into disrepute in any way, or cause any harm to the same. Failure to adhere to these terms, both in spirit and fact, may result in your suspension and the termination of your rights under your purchase without any refund.
3.3 Using Internet-Based Services
It will be essential that you have access to a suitable internet-connected device and browser to proceed with your business. A minimum internet download speed of 2MB is recommended. Internet Business School will not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred by you from third-party websites or software providers in the course of your operating your businesses. Internet Business School will make every effort to ensure that our website, payments system course delivery platform and any other promised services are available at all times. There may be times that some of the platforms and internet infrastructure that we rely on for the running of our business online suffer outages or issues that are beyond our control, but we will endeavour to get systems restored as soon as possible and cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss incurred by you by events outside of our control. If a platform or service we recommend becomes unavailable in the course of the Guarantee period we will endeavour to recommend or provide a suitable alternative service. We cannot be held liable for any damage to your business caused by the failure or a third-party software provider outside of our control.
3.4 Your Purchase Benefits. The A.I. Income System comes with a range of elements, with further comprehensive training courses to help you make the most of the new businesses that will be delivered via your Online Members Area on the Internet Business School website.
3.4.1 Online courses will be added to your Members Libary access on purchase. Your purchase email address will be used to access your training. If you already have a Members Account with us then your new training should be added there automatically after purchase. If you (or your email address) are new to our database then you will be sent new account access details on purchase. On rare occasions the automatic processes might fail so please contact us if you are unable to see or access your purchased courses and we will resolve it for you.
3.4.2 All courses were up-to-date at the time of recording but as we are covering fast-moving technologies, we cannot guarantee that all training will be up-to-date at the time that you view them. From time to time when we deem it necessary we may update some of the content but this is not a guaranteed benefit of your purchase, or a factor for you to dispute or challenge at a later date after purchase. If you do notice a critical update requirement for a course then please raise it with us via our support email for consideration.
3.4.3 We will provide a template for the Social Media Marketing Agency website for you using the WordPress website theme we offer. You must provide us with details of a suitable domain name that you own and follow our instructions to set some A Records to allow us to connect your domain to our servers to host it. Our web developers may ask you for access to that domain so they can build the WordPress website and add the site to our hosting package. We will not be able to build the website on any different platform other than WordPress and the website template cannot be hosted on your own Hosting Plan. We will reasonably endeavour to ensure that your website hosting remains active but we cannot guarantee hosting continuity. There may be periods when the website is offline due to failures of third-party services out of our control, but we will always try to get sites back online as quickly as possible. we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to you by any outages or failure of our hosting service, or any temporary or permanent corruption, failure or hacking of your website.
We will use a premium website builder called Elementor Pro to build the site. We will include access to Elementor Pro for 12 months from purchase. You may extend access after 12 months at a discounted rate of £25+vat per year payable to us. If this is a service that you wish to continue after 12 months then just email support@internetbusinessschool.com for details.
Once the site is built, you will need to personalise it to suit your requirements. This final personalisation process is not part of the offer and needs to be completed with your skill or resources although we provide extra training videos to help you do this. And of course, you can ask us for advice using our support email.
After we notify you that we have completed the work, Internet Business School will be no longer responsible for any future maintenance or changes to your website, any updates, or any damage or loss to your website, or loss caused by the running of your website or any updates released by third party products (eg plugins)
Once you have decided on your domain name and submitted your details to us and we have successfully built your website, you may not request to change the website URL. If you do request a change for any reason this will become a chargeable task for our developer, and any new site we agree to build will be charged an extra fee. We will only be able to reinstall a blank template website and you will lose any of the original personalisation work you may have done on your first website.
3.5 Ongoing Costs for You
To promote your businesses and generate premium content, you may wish to spend your own money on advertising and software to drive traffic to your site, and as such you will need to have a suitable budget for the operation of your businesses. What you choose to spend is up to you but the aim is always to bring in more sales from an advert than is spent creating and promoting it. Although we offer you training on some methods of traffic generation, both free and paid, we can accept no liability for any losses you incur from advertising or software purchases that you choose to make. Examples of software subscriptions are ChatGPT Plus at $20 a month, and Pictory Ai Video Creation from £23 a month.
3.6 Admin Tasks
To succeed, you are responsible for the admin tasks involved in the running of your business. This may include making social media posts, creating adverts, making course content and videos, creating content for any social media site you promote on, writing adverts, posting links online, or any other form of marketing admin work you choose to drive traffic to your products and find clients for your Agency. You need to utilise the training we supply and use your reasonable skills to follow and apply the advertising strategies suggested to you by us. Your success in this business will depend on many factors and your reasonable skill and application. The number of hours you devote does not guarantee you to be successful (see earnings disclaimer below)
3.7 Commissions and Earnings
You will retain all your earnings that you achieve by studying and implementing the training and strategies you learn with us. You will need to maintain accurate financial records of your operational costs and revenues for these businesses to qualify for any guarantee payment detailed in the terms below.
3.8 Extended Guarantee Terms for Completed Payment Plans
If you follow and apply all the information and actions in the training courses and implement all the strategies we offer within the A.I. Income System we consider that you should be able to make a minimum of 10 times your original course fee of £1497 in revenue during the 6 month period from your purchase date. If you have implemented the full training correctly and consistently by the end of this period and have NOT generated 10X earnings, you may apply for a one-off payment of £1497. To claim on the guarantee we will require that you have applied the training consistently and correctly, meaning you have watched each lesson, watched all the online courses, completed all the homework actions listed in our lessons and made full use of our email support and followed the actions we tell you to do,
You, therefore, agree that, by accepting these terms, you will use your best skill and efforts, and keep records of your work and reasonable financial accounts for each business. The onus will be on you to supply acceptable evidence of promotions and work you have completed, and any payment claimed under this guarantee will be at the discretion of Internet Business School to pay out to you on receiving and reviewing your claim.
Claims under this guarantee must be received in writing to support@internetbusinessschool.com no later than 30 days after the end of the guarantee period which will be 6 months from the date of your initial purchase.
4.0 Disclaimer: No Earnings Projections, Promises Or Representations
You recognise and agree that we have made no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future prospects or earnings, or that you will earn any money, concerning your sales of our products or income from the businesses we train you to set up and operate, and that we have not authorised any such projection, promise, or representation by others.
Any earnings or income statements, or any earnings or income examples, are only estimates of what we think you could earn. There is no assurance you will do as well as stated in any examples. If you rely upon any figures provided, you must accept the entire risk of not doing as well as the information provided.
You will have potential other costs for your businesses to keep them operational and generating income.
There is no assurance that any prior successes or past results as to earnings or income will apply, nor can any prior successes be used, as an indication of your future success or results from any of the information, content, or strategies. Any and all claims or representations as to income or earnings are not to be considered as “average earnings”.
(i) The Economy. The economy, both where you do business, and on a national and even worldwide scale, creates additional uncertainty and economic risk. An economic recession or depression might negatively affect the results produced by our business strategies.
