These Terms are for the purchase of ‘Automated Recurring Income System‘ training course offered by Education by Experts Ltd and presented by Dr Hemmel Amrania. The course is offered for purchase only after the purchaser has watched a  sales webinar presented by Dr Hemmel which is designed to explain the strategy and what the course entails. If you have not watched the webinar please do not purchase this training at this point, please contact support@educationbyexperts.com to ask for a webinar link.

Course Strategy

The course is designed to teach you how to identify suitable affiliate offers to promote using paid advertising by Google Ads or Bing Ads. Finding suitable links is key to the success of the strategy and may require extra time to learn what to look for. The course covers many different strategies to earn commissions and it only takes one of those strategies to work for you to be successful. If one particular strategy does not work for you or is not to your liking then you should move on to a different strategy, or utilise the email support from Hemmel to help you move forward.

Our recommendation is that you study the whole course once all the way through BEFORE starting your implementation. This will help you understand the full strategy and avoid making mistakes. It also ensures that you can demonstrate that you have studied the whole course.

Access to a special Calculator is given inside the training course to help you to assess the viability of offers. The calculator is password protected and your unique password will be shown inside the course in your Members Area. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE ELSE WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT. If a Student is found to have shared their password, this will be treated as a serious breach of contract and your access to the training and support will be immediately terminated without any refund.

Email Support – Key Terms

Dr Hemmel offers 90 days of email support after purchase to answer your questions and offer help and advice to students to keep you progressing. Hemmel has a day job with his University research so is not available to reply to requests at all times. He aims to reply within 48 hours although many times he will reply more quickly. Where needed he will record a quick video reply to help explain certain things, and he also may ask for you to allow him access to your Google Ads account so he can help. There may be occasions when Hemmel is ill, travelling or otherwise unavailable, and may not be able to answer emails within 2 days.

Asking questions has been shown to be very beneficial for student’s success but it can be sometimes problematic to ensure that email replies are seen by you so please ensure you follow the instructions in the Welcome module of the course to whitelist our support email addresses.

After your free period of 90 days of support has elapsed, if you wish to continue to be supported on a month-by-month basis, there is an option to sign up for an extended support subscription. Please email the support address for details.

Course Access

This Course is offered to you as online content only and has no live or in-person training elements. The course is usually delivered immediately after purchase via an automated process to grant access via our Members Area on www.internetbusinessschool.co.uk. This Member’s Area  relies on third-party software for access and delivery. You should be using a suitable internet-connected device with sufficient connection speed to view videos – we cannot be held liable if you purchase a course and do not have a suitable device to access it. Although we try our best to ensure access is always available, we cannot guarantee that there will be no downtime caused by issues beyond our control. Purchases made by you are solely for your use and you must not share your password information with any other party without our express written permission. Any attempts to illegally share or distribute the training will result in legal action being taken by us.

As the online marketing environment changes regularly, there will be times when some of the information in our content will not be fully accurate ie when websites change their user interface or branding. We do not guarantee that all information will be fully up-to-date at the time of your purchase but we do make efforts to update courses when major changes have taken place that affects the overall content of any course. If we release an update, you will automatically have access to that updated course in your Members Area. Please contact us if you notice any dead links or major differences in course content and we will note your feedback for our future course planning.

Video Access

Course content videos can only be streamed directly from inside the Members Area. Some private and public wireless networks will prevent the videos from playing so if you experience any difficulties please check with your network provider in the first instance. Videos cannot be downloaded to your device.

Accessibility

Our course content and material is only available in English. Our course videos contain AI-Generated Closed Captions in English that can be enabled from within each video control panel in the bottom right of the screen.

Application of Law

Education by Experts Ltd is based in the United Kingdom and as such is covered by UK Regulations and UK Contract Law. By purchasing you agree to be bound by the same UK Law.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that, from the moment of purchase from us,  you have a 14-day right to change your mind and get a full refund in most cases. However, you will lose this right to cancel if you have accessed the online course within the 14-day period.

For the purposes of calculation of elapsed time, the date and time of your initial payment shall be the start of your 14-day refund period. We will refund any purchase within 14 days providing the course has not been accessed via our secure Members Area that tracks students’ logins and course progress. Refund requests must be received in writing by email to passiveaffiliate@internetbusinessschool.com within 14 days of purchase.

If there is any dispute that a refund request email has not been received by us we will ask for clear evidence from your email platform that a refund request email has indeed been sent to the email address above within 14 days. We must be satisfied with the evidence supplied for a refund to be granted. We will only process refunds back to the original card details used for the purchase.

30-Day Extended Refund Guarantee

We very much want our students to be as successful as possible by purchasing and following our training. To be successful though, the training has to be fully implemented by following our guidance as laid out in the course modules. We, therefore, include the extra benefit of our 30-Day Extended Guarantee with any purchase. This allows you to access the training and then study and apply the knowledge in the course correctly within the set guarantee period offered. If having applied the training correctly and you feel that the product is not working for you as advertised by us in the webinar,  then you may request a refund review.

Any refund review request must be emailed to passiveaffiliate@internetbusinessschool.com and the email received by us within 30 days of purchase. Refund Requests received after the 29th-day post-purchase has elapsed will not be considered.

Refund Review

Upon receipt of an eligible request for a refund under the 30-Day Guarantee terms, we will ask Dr Hemmel to conduct an assessment of your work to check that the training has been implemented correctly. This will be done by Dr Hemmel being allowed by you to access your Google Ads Manager account. This is done by you providing your 10 Digit Ads Manager Account Number to us to pass to Dr Hemmel. You will receive an email from Google asking you to confirm that ‘SEMdoctor’ is requesting access to your Ads Manager account. You will be required to grant that access for Dr Hemmel to complete the review.

As a Certified Google Adword Coach, Dr Hemmel has been granted access to Ads Manager Accounts by hundreds of clients in the course of his normal work activities and it is a standard feature within Google Ads to allow you to grant that access to another person or business. He will not access any personal data or payment information. By purchasing the course you agree to this review process. Failure to provide access to your Ads Manager account will nullify any refund request.

If in Dr Hemmel’s opinion, you have followed the training correctly he will authorise a refund to be processed as soon as practicably possible. If he finds evidence of critical failures or incomplete implementation, then he will explain to you what has been missed by you that has prevented you from generating financial returns.

You have until 30 days after purchase to request refund reviews so if on receipt of Hemmel’s feedback and you correctly implementing his advice, if the training is still not working for you, and you are still within 30 days of purchase, you may request another refund review.

Please Note: the extended guarantee requires you to apply the training correctly. If you have not studied and applied the training for whatever reason you will not be eligible for a refund under the terms of the guarantee so please ensure you allow reasonable time to implement the strategy after purchase and utilise the email support service if you have any questions.

We cannot indemnify you against issues with third-party software that we have no reasonable control over.

Payment Plans

If you purchase one of our products using a link we advertise to spread payments over a longer period (eg a 3-month payment option), then you are responsible to ensure that funds are available each month on the correct date to ensure that your payment plan is completed. Please note that if a payment fails to process then your access to the purchased product will be temporarily restricted until your payment is made. Your purchase is deemed complete when all payments in your agreed plan have been successfully completed. By purchasing using a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments fully (unless you are granted a refund under the terms of the guarantee detailed above) and understand that you will not have access to the training or email support if you default on your payments. You understand that Payment plans will result in a higher overall total cost compared to a single full-payment purchase.

Payment Disputes

As we offer a 30-day guarantee if you follow and apply the training, plus our Complaints Policy which allows for a review of any refund requests by our Finance Director then there should be no situation whereby a purchaser should make a formal dispute with their card provider. We take such disputes extremely seriously and will defend any claim fully by providing full and clear evidence to the card provider that our processes are fair and that a purchaser has agreed to these Terms of Sale before purchase. By purchasing this training you hereby agree that you will fully abide by our Refund Terms and agree to follow our Complaints Policy.
