Terms and Conditions for The Ultimate AI Success System

1. Introduction, Legal Entities, and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of “The Ultimate AI Success System” package (“the System”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

WE/US – Our company structure includes both Internet Business School LLP and Education By Experts Ltd. For this purchase, your bank statement will show ‘Education by Experts Ltd’.

By purchasing the System, you signify your consent to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not purchase this offer from us.

2. The Ultimate AI Success System Package Components and Fees

Your initial investment for the System is $995 plus the applicable Sales Tax (VAT or local equivalent).

A. Initial Purchase Inclusions (Lifetime & Fixed Term)

Your initial $995 investment includes access to the following components:

The AI 21-Day Expert Blueprint (Online Course): Lifetime Access.
Ultimate AI Marketing Course (Online Course): Lifetime Access.
Diploma in Artificial Intelligence: Opportunity to earn our diploma upon successful completion of the core courses (see clause 5.H for full details).
AI Super Conference (25th & 26th Nov 2025): Full access to the live virtual event.
Weekly Live Marketing Surgery: 12 months of access to the live group sessions.
Resale Rights To AI Revolution 4: Continuous access, subject to the terms in Section 4.
Unlimited Email Support: For an initial 3-month period, continuing with the monthly subscription.
AI Insiders Club: For an initial 3-month period, continuing with the monthly subscription. This includes access to a private community and additional monthly training webinars.
AI Marketers Toolbox: For an initial 3-month period, continuing with the monthly subscription. This is a curated suite of software applications for content generation. The specific tools included are subject to change at our discretion based on availability and performance. We will endeavour to maintain a suite of comparable value.

Please note: The content in the online courses was accurate at the time of recording. However, the world of Artificial Intelligence develops rapidly, and we cannot guarantee all content will remain 100% current indefinitely. To address this, the AI Insiders Club will provide regular updates on key AI developments that we choose to highlight, via its community and monthly training events, to help keep you up-to-date with AI news and releases.

A.1. Specific Component Terms

AI Super Conference: We reserve the right to reschedule the date of the AI Super Conference with reasonable notice. Should the event be cancelled entirely by us, a suitable alternative will be offered at our discretion. No refunds will be given for non-attendance by the customer; recordings of the sessions will be provided to all ticket holders.

Weekly Live Marketing Surgery: We will make every reasonable effort to hold the Surgery session each week. In the event of a cancellation for any reason, we are not obligated to provide a replacement session, though we may do so at our discretion.

Live Event Scheduling: All live training events, including the AI Super Conference and the Weekly Live Marketing Surgery, are scheduled according to UK time (GMT or BST, as applicable). It is your responsibility to check and attend at the correct local time. If the scheduled time is not convenient due to your timezone, replays of the live sessions will be made available. Inconvenience of timing is not grounds for a refund.

B. VAT, Sales Tax, and Pricing

The base price is $995. We are a UK-based company. Sales Tax (such as VAT at the current UK rate of 20%) will be applied at the correct rate based on your billing country as determined by our checkout cart.

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars ($USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your card issuer or bank may apply a currency conversion rate or transaction fees. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for currency conversion.

C. Recurring Monthly Membership

Following the initial three (3) months, access to the Unlimited Email Support, AI Insiders Club, and AI Marketers Toolbox (the “Subscription Benefits”) will automatically continue under a recurring monthly membership at the rate of $97 + VAT/Sales Tax per month.

D. Cancellation of Initial Purchase (14-Day Cooling-Off)

You have 14 days from your initial purchase date in which to request a cancellation and refund of your $995 investment. However, if you access the course modules or utilize any of the online material supplied as part of the advertised purchase price before the 14-day period elapses, you will no longer be eligible for a refund of the initial fee. Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email. The date and time your email is received by us will be considered the moment of cancellation.

E. Cancellation of Monthly Subscription

You may cancel the $97 + VAT/Sales Tax monthly Subscription Benefits at any time by emailing our support team at support@internetbusinessschool.com.

Your access to the Subscription Benefits will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of that period.

At the end of your billing period, we will remove your access to the benefits, including any community groups associated with the AI Insiders Club. We will also close off your access to the AI Marketers Toolbox site. Please ensure you download any content you need before the end of the billing period, as your account will be terminated, and all data will be lost.

3. The 10x Guarantee (Refund Policy)

We offer a 10x Guarantee on your initial $995 investment, subject to the strict adherence of the following conditions. The 10x threshold is an income of $9,950 within the first six (6) months from the date of purchase.

A. Qualification Criteria

You must have purchased The Ultimate AI Success System package.
You must fully study and apply ALL of the training and complete ALL of the homework tasks set within both The AI 21-Day Expert Blueprint and the Ultimate AI Marketing Course within the six-month guarantee period.
You must demonstrate that you have generated less than $9,950 in revenue by applying the taught strategies during the six-month period.
The revenue generated must be new and directly attributable to the specific strategies and actions taught within the System, as evidenced by the financial records provided.

B. Claim Process

Claims under this guarantee must be received in full by email to support@internetbusinessschool.com.

The claim must be received no later than the end of the seventh (7th) month from the date of your initial purchase.

The onus is on you to supply acceptable, verifiable evidence of your work, consistent application, and the resulting financial accounts. This evidence must include:

Proof of Implementation: Submission of all completed homework assignments as defined within the course portal, and verifiable records (e.g., screenshots, documents) demonstrating the consistent application of the core strategies taught.
Proof of Income: Accurate financial records (e.g., bank statements, invoices) proving the total revenue earned from the implemented strategies during the six-month period.

The right to payment under this guarantee is at the sole discretion of Internet Business School LLP upon receiving and reviewing your complete claim.

4. Resale Rights To AI Revolution 4 Commissions

A. Commission Calculation

You will receive 100% net commission on sales of the AI Revolution 4 online course made via our platform.

The base sales price is first reduced by the applicable Sales Tax (e.g., VAT).
A fixed 4% deduction will then be made from the remaining value to cover card processing fees and administrative costs incurred by the Company.
The remaining amount is your net commission payment.

B. Commission Payout

Commissions may only be claimed 14 days after the customer’s purchase to allow for a cooling-off and refund period for the purchaser.
You must submit an invoice in electronic format to support@internetbusinessschool.com. The invoice must be clear, detailed (including the sales period and sales claimed), and include your bank details.
If you are VAT-registered, you must provide your VAT number and may submit a VAT invoice for the Gross value of the sale (less the 4% fee). If you are not VAT-registered, you may only claim your commission percentage of the Net value (excluding VAT and minus the 4% fee).
We will process payments by Bank Transfer within 14 days of receiving and ratifying a correct invoice.

C. Pricing

Course pricing is set centrally by us, and you do not have the ability to offer our products at reduced prices. Sales may only be processed via our website and sales pages using our payment processors. Any specific price points mentioned in our marketing materials (e.g., ‘£295 per sale’) are illustrative of the price at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. From time to time, we may make available coupon codes for use in promotions, which will be available to all with resale rights.

D. Advertising

You may not advertise in any way that implies, directly or indirectly, that your advert is produced by Internet Business School or Education by Experts Ltd. You may not advertise implying that you are Internet Business School, Education by Experts Ltd, Simon Coulson or any of our staff, coaches or representatives. You may not run paid ads using keywords of our business brand names or ‘Simon Coulson’. We take our business reputation very seriously, and you agree that you will do nothing to injure or damage us, either intentionally or unintentionally. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your rights under your purchase without any refund.

E. Account Standing

The right to receive commissions and retain resale rights is contingent upon your account remaining in good standing. Any chargeback or reversal of your initial purchase fee for the System will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all resale rights and the forfeiture of any unclaimed commissions.

5. General Terms and Conditions

A. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

All course material, content, training webinars, the AI Marketers Toolbox, and the AI Insiders Club content is the copyright of Education by Experts Ltd and Internet Business School LLP. Purchasing the System grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your personal and business use only. You may not copy, resell, or distribute the System or any parts thereof in any format, except for the explicit Resale Rights granted in Section 4. The term “Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the course product itself. We will provide access to the purchased course materials for as long as we continue to offer and support the product on our designated platform. Should we choose to retire a course or platform, we will provide at least 90 days’ notice.

B. Support Service

Support is provided via email to support@internetbusinessschool.com during our Office Hours (UK Time, Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm). We aim to respond within 24 working hours, but this is not a guarantee of service. We reserve the right to pass technical queries to specialist coaches, which may extend the response time. Please ensure you whitelist our email address to ensure receipt of our replies.

C. Payment Failures

If the recurring monthly payment of $97 fails, our systems will attempt to re-process the payment up to four times. If payment fails after four attempts, your access to the Subscription Benefits will be restricted until payments are restored.

D. Change of Circumstance

We cannot indemnify or insure you against any change of circumstance you suffer during the program (financial, medical, or other unforeseen events) that may affect your ability to continue the training. Refund requests or requests to suspend the payment plan made on this basis will not be granted.

E. Internet & Technical Requirements

It is essential that you have access to a suitable internet-connected device and browser. We will make every effort to ensure our platforms are available at all times but cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred by events outside of our control (e.g., third-party hosting outages). We cannot be held liable for any damage to your business caused by the failure of a third-party software provider outside of our control.

F. Your Ongoing Costs & Responsibilities

To succeed, you are responsible for the admin tasks involved in running your business (e.g., making social media posts, creating content, etc.). Your success will depend on your reasonable skill and application. You may also wish to spend your own money on advertising and third-party software to drive traffic and create content. We can accept no liability for any losses you incur from these purchases.

G. Complaints Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality training and service. If you wish to raise a concern, we require that you approach us in the first instance by email to investigate and take action. Please do not complain to a third party (e.g., your bank) to request a resolution if you have not first raised the issue with us.

H. Diploma in Artificial Intelligence

As part of the System, you have the opportunity to earn a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence. This is a certificate of completion awarded by us to certify that you have mastered the application of AI for business challenges as taught in our courses. It is not a formal, accredited academic qualification.

To qualify, you must demonstrate successful completion of both ‘The AI 21-Day Expert Blueprint’ and the ‘Ultimate AI Marketing Course’. Successful completion requires passing a final exam and submitting satisfactory evidence of completed homework tasks as specified within the courses. Details regarding the exam and the evidence submission process will be published within the online members’ area in due course. The final award of the Diploma is at our sole discretion following a review of your submitted materials.

I. Earnings Disclaimer

NO EARNINGS PROJECTIONS, PROMISES, OR REPRESENTATIONS ARE MADE.

You recognise and agree that we have made no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future prospects or earnings, or that you will earn any money, concerning your sales of our products or income from the businesses we train you to set up and operate.

Any earnings or income statements, or any earnings or income examples, are only estimates of what we think you could earn. There is no assurance you will do as well as stated in any examples. If you rely upon any figures provided, you must accept the entire risk of not doing as well.

The Economy. The economy, both where you do business and on a national and even worldwide scale, creates additional uncertainty and economic risk. An economic recession or depression might negatively affect your results.
Your Success. Your success in using the information or strategies provided depends on a variety of factors. We have no way of knowing how well you will do, as we do not know you, your background, your work ethic, your dedication, your motivation, your desire, or your business skills or practices. Therefore, we do not guarantee or imply that you will do well, or that you will have any earnings at all.
Due diligence. You are advised to do your own due diligence when it comes to making business decisions and should use caution and seek the advice of qualified professionals. You should check with your accountant, lawyer, or professional advisor before acting on this or any information.

J. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

K. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, or other disasters.

L. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

M. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your purchase and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us.
